Who We Are

MVAC was formed as a group to help our first homeless veteran shelter get up and running (Vets Returning Home). Once the shelter was successfully opened, we found great benefit to continue to meet and collaborate with each other as agencies helping veterans.  So MVAC officially stood up as a collaborative December 2013.  Since our inception, we have identified many key issues that we have tackled.  By doing this we have provided steps on how to navigate through the VA Benefits and Services Maze!

MVAC Mission

The development of a "no wrong door" system of care where veterans and their dependents receive the care they need and are referred to appropriate resources.
